As a grassroots nonprofit based in Cambridge, Maryland, we’ve spent the past five years providing housing and vital support services to individuals overcoming substance use disorder. Our work is driven by collaboration, and through the generous partnerships we’ve built, we’re able to offer holistic care that nurtures both healing and hope. We partnered with Wayne State University on their innovative project, “Contingency Management for Recovery Activities at Recovery Houses.” This collaboration focused on enhancing recovery outcomes for residents by integrating contingency management, a proven approach that uses positive reinforcement to encourage and sustain healthy behaviors.
